Timeline

I got my EAD card end of Feb and then received an email from USCIS on March 2nd that my approval letter for 765 had been sent. to date I still have not received the letter. I have had no issies receiving mail from USCIS and normally get things pretty fast from them. Any experiences on your part with approval letters?

married USC 11/25/06 H1B originally

12/19/06 NOA dates

bio 1/19/07 Charlotte, NC ) (DO Fairfax,VA aka Washington DC)

rfe 1/12/07

rfe received 1/23/07processing resumed

LUD 485 1/24, 1/29

LUD 130 1/10, 6/30

LUD 765 1/29, 2/23, 2/27, 3/9

2/28 EAD approved, got in mail 3/4

still waiting for interview notice!

EAD renewal sent 11/19/07 NOA 11/28/07 bio appt 12/19/07

353 days since I filed! finally got IL 12/4

interview scheduled 1/9/08

recv'd EAD renewal 12/31/08

recv'd welcome letter 2/9/08

recv'd GC 2/12/08

petition to remove conditions I751 filed Nov 5 / 09

received NOA and extension of conditional card for 1 year Nov 11/09

biometrics appt Dec 11/09

Ooooh yeah. There are several members that have been waiting for their NOAs and have not received them. YOu can call customer service to find out what is going on.

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

The piece of paper attached to the EAD card is the approval. You don't get anything else to show you were approved for it via the mail.

02/09/2005-------Sent in request to Congressional office for assistance with expediting EAD.

02/13/2007 -------- EAD Approved!

02/26/2007 - ------EAD received

Removal of Conditions:

05/12/2009 -- Overnighted application by USPS express mail (VSC).

05/14/2009 -- Green Card expired.

05/23/2009 --- Check cleared bank.

05/26/2009 -- Received NOA (NOA date May 15, 2009, guess they aren't deporting me).

05/29/2009- Biometrics Notice date

06/01/2009- Received Biometrics Letter

06/18/2009 - Biometrics

09/23/2009 - date of decision to approve (letter received), just waiting for card. No online updates whatsoever.
