I think they should but I don't know surely if they will. From what I understand their person who adjudicate your file suppose to update your case. It's weird how thing works

@prettypass2000 you haven't receive the interview letter yet?


I just did walk in to Tampa service office and get my FP done around 2 pm , no questions asked.. Didn't take more than 10 mins they 're so quick..
Please update my FP statuse

No. It's been a week since Pittsburgh FO requested my file. The senator assistant said she'll contact the FO again if I don't hear back from them soon. I don't know how long it takes for the files to be transferred from NBC to field offices!

My online status hasn't changed to in line for interview. The lawyers I spoke to said that once the congressmen get involved in the case, the case will be processed outside the normal schedule. So hopefully I'll hear something back soon!!!

hello everyone,
i did the biometrics on my scheduled date 10/11/16 but my status still stay on "Fingerprint Appointment Was Scheduled"
my field office is Dallas,TX
Please, if there is another september filers from Dallas to share their status. I am checking few times a day, hoping to see my case changes to "in line for interview" and getting frustrated.

first notice 09/20

FP 10/17

on my case status , as of 10/19 we started the interview scheduling process.

Case Is In Line For An Interview

Wow that was a super fast background check!

I went on the 20th and still have the good old "fingerprint appointment was scheduled"

Also, which office are you with, and did you have an NBC receipt number?

it's really going fast so far

we are with Atlanta office .

the NBC national benefits center ? i don't think we have a receipt number .

11/13    Reply from congressman office _ case cannot be expedited due to Background check not yet completed

11/24    Card Delivered

3/31      We are scheduling your interview  @7:06AM (***My USCIS log in date is 10/7/17 )

so when you are in line for interview that means they already did your background check?
