Could you please update my status? My case will be expedited. FO requested my file from NBC. Once they have it, they will contact me to arrange the interview. They will also do the same day oath ceremony for me too. I'm so thankful.

Hi folks. Please update my dates. I just received the biometric NOA. Fingerprint scheduled for 10/27. Question for you all - is there any merit in trying to do the fingerprint early? I am flying out in November and will be done with it way before but just wondering besides work or travel overlap why would one want to walk in early. Thanks.

My husband is DOD contractor. His employer assigned him to Germany right after I filed n-400. With his oversea assignment,my eligibility falls under INA section 319(b). Under that Acts, they will expedite the applications and take somewhere between 2-4 months.

However, L-2 officer wouldn't help me with the request to change my eligibility. I contacted the senator since I have documentation to support my case and explain that paying for 2 households for unknown months will severely affect our financial since my husband is the sole financial provider. I got the email back today with the request accepted.

I did mine 10 days early. I actually did my on Tuesday. I found out today that my biometrics completed!

i have question. was i suppose to send my tax return allow with my N400 application ? . i have seen couple of people that send their return to prove good moral character. i have been PR since 1992.

No - it wasn't required as part of the N-400 submission. Just take it along to your interview and that should be fine.
