Went for i485 interview 3 month ago. The consular told me that they are missing the medical report submitted at the port of entry and He said he cant approved it until they find the missing medical report. i dont know what is going on. Anyone experiencing the same issue.

something similar happened to me. Said i was basically approved at interview pending the files handed in at poe to reach him ... Luckily it only 2 weeks and i was approved ... 3 months is a very long time tho..

At gorgia. Yes i did infopass and i went to see the officer and told they have requested my missing medical report waiting from USCIS that it will take a week and if they lost it..they will send me a new latter for new medical report which i havent heard anythine till now. confused.

At ERF. Congratulation. I dont really know what is going on..i called them, i went to the local uscis here..they are saying the same that they have requested the missing medical report and if they couldnt find it they will send me a latter for a new medical report but havent received anything yet.
