I've been doing the research for the K-1 Visa for my fiancé to move to the States from Scotland and am slightly confused about some of what i've been reading on the internet. Hopefully someone else can clear this up: in regards to the financial support, I have been a student the last few years and have only been employed full time (and make over 100 of the poverty requirement) for the last 8 months and will not have a W-2 or my taxes filed until January. If the financial form is to be submitted before then, will pay stubs from the last few months be sufficient enough to be submitted as proof of support?

Definately would suggest a co-sponsor if possible.

On the letter from your employer have them state all the info (hourly wage/salary, and perhaps possibly even average yearly projected earnings if possible)

But co-sponsor may be safest,
