timeframe of the RFE, to get approval/update

We should get together in a few months after everyone is here, so we will be fresh out of the struggle. In a few years, we will have forgotten how hard it was, and it will be a distant past. We will have lots of hugs and drinks of celebration, this process is truly a hardship. I would have never imagined it would be so difficult. And expensive...... But we are willing to pay whatever we need to have it finished and done, unfortunately that's not a possibility.

Yes, in a few months after all have gotten here...... Where's everyone at? I'm/we'll be in Las Vegas NV, and my birthday is January so I could use a little leave

I just talked with Bedilu he normally moves slow to do things but he's working hard to get things done now... I am happy

They told senator last week should have i two weeks or call them.

I am gonna be calling people i can sense it.

Nothing about this process has been easy for me fml

him and I have had it out a few time because he would be SLOW in everything

now that things are moving along he's trying to do them before I ask him. I filled out the D 160 form and he asked me to give him the information so he can add his employers address and phone number because they don't have things how we do. I was shocked because he's always asking me to do things....

So when visa is approved and put into AP what's going on?

Everyone goes into AP called necessary AP.

There is a difference

Some people get a paper saying you are in ap bring such and such.

I was approved. Once they began there AP like they do everyone mine is still there.

It can be 2 days or up to 60.

I cant have them research till 60 days.

But i had my senator call who was emailed saying my was in final issuance last week still waiting.

Maybe a denial would be better at least id know to reapply.

Now i wait somepeople wait 6 months plus

WOW!!!!!! he doesn't even fall into any of those categories, and what's sad is that they do this wrong people! I am praying they get his visa before the end of next week the latest
