I was just wondering, if a person trying to remove their condition on residency based on marriage, and they wanna get an emotional support animal like a dog, to make sure their dog is protected by the rights he deserves, if the person wants to do that and they need a letter from a therapist saying they have anxiety, would that in any way be seeing as a bad thing from the government point of view? Even if the person never committed any crimes, works pay taxes uses no government benefits and is healthy, would a record saying they have anxiety be in any way seeing as an inadmissible factor for the government to accept their removal of conditions?

Thank you

Considering the person in fact has never been diagnosed with any mental or psychical illness or disability, has never done any harm to any person or animal, takes no medication, but has very light anxiety sometimes and would like to get their dog covered as an emotional support dog so the dog can travel/live with them...If the person was to get a letter from a therapist saying they have light anxiety and their dog is needed for emotional support just to show to their landlord or travel airlines, would that in any way be a ground of inadmissibility or implicate with the removal of conditions process? Would that even come up in any questions?

There are certified therpy animals. these would be accepted. Beware any shady thing. People use false certifications to take untrained animals in places they are restricted. Never try to fool the government.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I totally agree with you, but my question was ''If a person wants to certify their dog as emotional support for light anxiety, would them asking a therapist for a letter saying they have light anxiety and they need their dog because it's emotional support, would that be seeing as a ground of inadmissibility ? because under the grouns of inadmissibility it says ''People with physical or mental disorders that

may cause harm to themselves or others'' Light anxiety is not a mental disorder that poses risk or harm to any individual or property, therefore I assume it should be fine with the government, I am just wondering what are other people's point of view.

This would not affect ROC in any way.

Roc is based on marital co-mingling and entering a marriage in good faith. Unless there is some sort of abuse waiver, the mental health of the USC or conditional resident isn't an issue at all.
