Hope this helps you!

Have you checked your status with NVC operator or NVC automated system? For k1 & k3 cases, you must talk to the operator to find out details about the case number.

Once they send the case to embassy, you can track it via DHL.com.

Track by reference using one of these references

1) I-730

2) expedite niv section

3) expedite iv section

4) correnspondence

Or you can send an email to embassy.

I called USCIS today and asked how they sent the petitions. The guy said that it is sent the day it is approved, not in batches. I told him I knew of others approved after me who were already through the NVC and on their way to the embassy and he said, "Well it can take the system up to 90 days to update." :ranting: That doesn't make any sense. If mine was sent the day it was approved then why are those after me already on their way to their embassy and the NVC still has no sign of mine?

P.S. I'm not mad at those who are already on their way to the embassy, I'm mad at the INS. GRRR@them not being more streamlined.
