About how long should it take for my K-1 application to go from the CSC to the NVC? I'm just wondering because my case was approved on March 9 and I have called and they still haven't recieved it. Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but I just felt like a weel was long enough for it to be posted there already.

From California Service Center, give it about 3 working weeks.

Mine went to the NVC in 2 days.....................it is already in Dublin, I guess each service center is different? I also rec'd a letter from the NVC telling me when the case was sent to Dublin.

At least you can call and speak to someone-when I called they were very nice

My NOA2 date was March 6th and as of this past Thursday (March 16th) the NVC still didn't have mine either.

My NOA2 was Feb 10 and By Feb 22cd they had sent it to Brazil. I dont knwow hen it was received.

We aren't going to call til next week as it says somewhere to give it at LEAST 7 working days from NOA2 receipt (we figured that meant from the date you get the snail mail letter of NOA2), and he got that in hand 4 days ago.

From California to NVC few weeks and your K1 so it should only be at NVC for days or 2 weeks tops. Good luck on the rest of your processing.

Well maybe I was extremely lucky, because my NOA2 from CSC was Mar 2, a Thursday, and it was received by the NVC on Mar 6, then following Monday. They then sent it to BNK on Mar 10, and I saw on DHL that it was received in BNK on Mar 13.

I hope all you guys waiting get your cases delivered soon.

We were approved last year on March 9th and received the NVC letter around the 16th or so and the petition was in Manila on the 28th

I was told to wait two weeks before contacting the NVC. Ours took 11 days to get to NVC, and then 3 days or so to Montreal. What I have gleaned from sources is that the service centre waits to periodically send a packet of approved petitions to NVC -- some people get approved long before the set is sent, and others are approved just before they are sent. Whether or not this is entirely true, who knows!

Just checked the automated system and they STILL have no record of my receipt number (NOA2 March 6th).
