Hi.

im in the process of arranging my interview at the embassy. I'm hoping to get an appointment in April.

Does anyone one know whether my fiancée needs to send me her tax return for 2015 or 2016?

thank you in advance

K1? She needs to send you her w2, Form 1040 or her Tax Transcript should do, bank statements, employment certificate and paystubs. All of these for the previous year. If you filed the petition last year, she needs to provide the docs for year 2015 but if you filed this year, she has to give for year 2016.

Filed for our marriage license today here in Jacksonville, Florida. It was smooth and easy. We got the license the same day, process did not even take long, it just lasted for 20minutes. :) Should be married anytime next week and then AOS by the end of this month. :) God is good!

Wow, just found this thread.  I filed in September, still have yet to get my NOA2.....

Wow, it's almost been 6 months. After the 6 month mark you have the right to file a complaint with the USCIS I'm pretty sure. You should definitely look into it. I almost have the same NOA1 date as you and it only took a month to get the NOA2.

Birth certificate is okay if the co-sponsor is a US citizen by birth. But if not, the co-sponsor may provide his/her certificate of naturalization.
