Hey everyone I have a question for the affidavit of support do i use my tax info for 2015 or 2016?

2015 I think. From what I understand tax month starts April. Soooo if your interview is anytime before that you should be using 2015 tax info.. anyone can correct me if I am wrong on this. :)

You'll want the tax return for 2015 tax year, unless your interview is sometime after April 15.  It also doesn't hurt to have your tax returns for the previous 2 years on hand just in case - for tax years 2015, 2014, 2013 (advice I got elsewhere).

btw - my fiance had her interview last Friday.  Very smooth.  No problems.

2017/06/19 - AOS filed

I apologize to be a bother.  I have delayed/problems understanding things.  I am still in NOA1 stage but it should be coming up for approval shortly (crossing my fingers).  My sole income is social security so my sister is a joint sponsor for my husband.  My question is if anyone can please tell me the exact document requirements that she and I will need for the NVC?  I sincerely appreciate everyone's help and understanding.  Thank you so much!
