Thanks everyone for responses.

My bf said he sent it from his business account so he's gonna check tracking number tmrw. It was sent to Lewisville.

I trust USPS so i guess it was delivered to USCIS 2-3 days after it was sent. So we were supposed to get NOA1, according to other timelines, around Sep 15-16th.

We are both busy last days so couldn't ask for more details. But can business address on package cause a problem? Even though there is a paper inside saying from who personally it was sent.

Hello everyone! After following this forum for awhile I have decided to post that we have been approved!! We received notice after 28 days from our noa1. So much faster than what i was thinking it was going to take but excited nonetheless

Hello everyone! After following this forum for awhile I have decided to post that we have been approved!! We received notice after 28 days from our noa1. So much faster than what i was thinking it was going to take but excited nonetheless

2016/09/09 - I-129f mailed

2016/09/12 - Delivered to Lewisville TX

2016/09/12 - NOA1 Date according to Website

2016/09/15 - NOA1 by email, check cashed. Routed to CSC

2016/09/16 - NOA1 Hard copy 797 sent out (was out of country when arrived)

2016/10/13 - NOA2 via the website

2016/10/17 - NOA2 hard-copy received

2016/11/03 - NVC Received

2016/11/04 - NVC Assigned case number (called in and got)

2016/11/07 - Left NVC for consulate in Kyiv

2016/11/10 - Case ready at embassy in Kyiv

2016/11/18 - Medical in Kyiv

2016/11/21 - Medical results received in Kyiv

2016/12/05 - Interview (Approved in about 3 mins!)

2016/12/07 - Status showing as "Issued" on CEAC website

2016/12/09 - Passport with VISA delievered to Fiancee's flat

2017/01/12 - POE @ Washington-Dulles

Hello everyone :)

I sent our I-129 on September 26th to the Dallas Lockbox by priority mail, received in Dallas on the 29th (according to tracking info) and now waiting for NOA1....and trying not to count the days for more notifications lol....Nice to see all of you in the same September boat!

Hopefully yours will be soon we applied the same day and got a notification (NOA 1) via txt and email on the 29th. We did express next day shipping so I'm not sure if that made a difference

That's awesome! You're the first one to get approved in this thread. When was your NOA1?

I saw someone with a NOA1 of September 2 get approved in my USCIS app! It's amazing they're already approving September filers.

I sent my I-129F to the Texas Lockbox on 09/21/1016. They received it on 9/22/2016. Case was transferred to California Service Center on 9/27/2016. Received hard copy of NOA1 on 10/01/2016. Now I wait.

06/05/17...Received hard copies of RFE (they want to know whether to send documents to preparer's address or mailing address, which are the same...grrr) 

06/06/17...Sent USPS overnight express response of RFE to USCIS

06/07/17...USCIS received response to RFE

06/14/17...New EAD status: New Card is Being Produced

06/16/17....New EAD status: Card was Mailed to Me

06/19/17....Received hard copies of EAD/AP approvals

06/22/17....Received EAD/AP combo card.

11/06/17....AOS Interview scheduled: APPROVED!!

11/15/17... Received Green Card in the mail.

Soo i checked that most of early filers of aug. Already got their NOA2. I am hoping that we'll have ours too... i am so excited that i always check this site. Lol

Hello! I noticed most of the people who filed , got their NOA1 after about a weeks time. We filed september 21st and still no answer. Should we be worried?

09/21/16- I-129F mailed to Dallas

 

10/03/16- NOA1 Received

 

 

10/20/16- NOA2 app approval

 

11/20/16- NVC recieved package

 

11/28/16- Arrived at the stockholm embassy/recieved checklist

 

01/04/17 - Part 1 Medical


01/10/17- Part 2 Medical

01/19/17- Interview

01/19/17- 221(g) issued , medicals hadn't arrived
 

01/20/17- missing documents sent to medical office

01/30/17-medical FINALLY sent to the embassy

02/06/17-visa issued

02/20/17- GOT IT!

05/07/17- MOVED TO HOUSTON!

07/29/17 - Got married!:D
