Congrats to September filer who finally got their NOA 2 after 84 days?

No RFE either.

That's us... the waiting was killing us, we were following the forum but it was getting us more anxious, so we stopped. It was a loong wait we were worried and wondering what was going on? But nothing we just got approved las night, we're very excited now and waiting to follow next steps!

We believe universe timing is always perfect, we got it when the time was righ, fortunately we have had the opportunity to see each other at least once a month, he comes visit and I also go visit. We're hoping the rest of our journey goes smoother ?

How did your medical go KandS? Congrats btw! Our medical will be on Monday, and our interview about a week later, just after Christmas!

Thankful that i passed the medical.How about you? My interview will be this coming thursday.. before Christmas.

Little update: emailed NVC on Friday dec. 9th and asked for my case number, got a reply today (21st) with the case number. Looked it up online and case is ready!

Moving forward :)

The NVC finally released my case out of AP and sent it to the embassy. How long before it goes from in transit to ready? And what will be my next steps after that. Thanks. This has actually been very stressful. Wow. I am very happy now.

Citizenship process complete!  First a J1 work/travel Visa visitor from Philippines to Texas where we met each other, then back to Philippines.  Ultimately, immigrated here via a K1 Marriage-based petition in 2016, AOS started in 2017, completed in 2018, ROC started/completed in 2020, N-400/Citzenship granted in 2022 - timeline link below:

You will need to go to www.ustraveldocs.com and register your login. You will need your case number from the NVC in order to register. It may only take a couple of days for your status to show Ready. You can go ahead and schedule your interview on that site. However, in order to schedule the medical, you will need the packet 3 letter from the Embassy/consulate before you can attend the medical. What happens in my case, is that even though it says Ready, the consulate received my file electronically only. They need to received the actualy physical file from NVC, which usually takes 7-14 days, and once they receive the file, then they will send you the packet 3 letter. You can ask them if they can email it to you also.

05/31/17...Received RFE via text and email for I765 & I-131

06/05/17...Received hard copies of RFE (they want to know whether to send documents to preparer's address or mailing address, which are the same...grrr) 

06/06/17...Sent USPS overnight express response of RFE to USCIS

06/07/17...USCIS received response to RFE

06/14/17...New EAD status: New Card is Being Produced

06/16/17....New EAD status: Card was Mailed to Me

06/19/17....Received hard copies of EAD/AP approvals

06/22/17....Received EAD/AP combo card.

11/06/17....AOS Interview scheduled: APPROVED!!

11/15/17... Received Green Card in the mail.

Hi guys.

I need some help. My fiancée submitted our application for k1. We still haven't had our nao2 and the service centre have had our reply to our rfe 90 days we call every week and get no joy. We request to talk to level 2. Who when they call are rude to my fiancée and then hang up without telling her anything. What do we do we're are now told to wait until the end of January to find out further news. When we don't have any now. This takes our application to 7 months at the end of January. Who can we contact is there a level 3. I was hoping for good news but yet again customer service is missing the word service. Please any help will be appreciated.
