Questions plz. I've gotten my Case number on the 10th and my ceac status still shows AT NVC. I'm kinda worried tho because ive seen a lot of people here says their status has changed after couple of days.

Secondly, what other documents do i need to start putting together while waiting for consulate in Doha-Qatar to contact me? I have my police report with me already

Thank you!

Ok so nowwww I have a question about the i-134. The instructions just say to include a letter from your work and a letter from your bank if youre not self employed. Hes not self employed, and he makes enough money to qualify. He got the letter from his work and from his bank, so does he still need to provide pay stubs or tax returns, as it doesnt say so in the instructions?

got my interview date perfect amount of time to prepare and get things setup =)

YEY!

Yes! Supporting docs for I-134 are form W2, form 1040 and pay stubs :)

You should ask in the regional part of the forum and someone will for sure be able to provide you the list of documents you need.

Had my medical yesterday and it was super easy. Did not have to take any vaccinations or anything. Just a quick checkup by the doctor, filling out a form on medical conditions, and a urine test (for gonorrhea I think). I did the blood test and x-ray beforehand, back in October. Now my medical documents are sent to the embassy. Only thing remaining is to book an interview appointment.

awesome!

Yup. And now I have scheduled my interview for January 12. Will try to reschedule later to get an appointment earlier in January. There were available dates before that, but my fiancée and I agreed that I should have my interview after she visits for christmas. She'll be able to bring all her documents I need for my interview in her luggage, and we'll have more proof to show at the interview (airplane ticket and pictures of my fiancée and I with my family). Things are moving forward. Sweet!

Our case now shows as Ready in the State Department System. I am happily surprised that our case got to the US Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City so soon. Will contact my fiancee tomorrow to have her start filling out the DS 160, pay the visa fee and schedule the interview. Wish all the best to those waiting on a case number from NVC and awaiting an interview date.
