I dont know if I am doing something wrong. I have yet to recieve confirmation that the NVC has my case. Wow. This is frustrating.

My NOA2 was approved 10/24/16.

My NOA2 was approved on 10/21/16, I'm still awaiting NVC to receive my petition. People who were approved on 10/18 are just now getting word NVC received their's. Ours should follow soon, it's been taking 3-5 weeks from NOA2, and NVC says to wait 4-6 weeks

NVC received our petition yesterday, about to update my timeline. Still awaiting assignment of our embassy case number.

For others still waiting between USCIS NOA2 and NVC, our case was:

- NOA2 late night text message approved at USCIS on Oct 21

- NOA2 hard copy in the mail on Oct 27

- NVC received petition yesterday, Nov 14

Now, praying for a quick turnaround at NVC. God bless

Still waiting on notice of receipt from NVC! (NOA2 18/10)

Just to make it clear as far as London embassy, is this order of events correct:

1. Get NVC case number

2. Schedule Medical

3. Check visa status and wait till ready

4. Fill out DS-160

5. Let them know im ready for interview

6. Schedule Interview & pay fee

Questions:

Do I have to wait till I receive a packet from the London embassy before I may schedule my interview?

Is there something I need to send back to them in this packet?

Am I missing something?

Do I need to take the nvc letter or NOA2 to the medical or just provide the case number?
