I just called NVC. They told me that my file was received today and provided me with the case number. My Noa2 is dated 10/14.

They told me that K1 visas are country specific so I will need to contact my embassy for next steps.

Just got off with NVC. They have not received my case number. They gave me their "canned" response of 6 weeks for me to wait for confirmation of receipt of a case. I wonder why NVC processes cases with NOA2 dates in parts. Will try calling them again tomorrow.

Congrats! You can start filling out your DS-160, book the medical appointment and book your interview! Your embassy will send you instructions on what to do once they receive your petition.
