well tried calling tonight still nothing lady just told me i can check any time i want ,will try tmmro morning tempted to try in a few hours tho =/ mehh

11/23/16....Case Number Received

11/28/16....Left NVC to Consulate/Embassy

11/29/16....Embassy Received. Case status set as "Ready"

06/07/17...USCIS received response to RFE

06/14/17...New EAD status: New Card is Being Produced

06/16/17....New EAD status: Card was Mailed to Me

06/19/17....Received hard copies of EAD/AP approvals

06/22/17....Received EAD/AP combo card.

11/06/17....AOS Interview scheduled: APPROVED!!

11/15/17... Received Green Card in the mail.

any nvc updates? called this morning still nothing she did say tho that nvc sometimes works on weekends , gonna try tonight

Keep us all up to date! I called this morning and got the 6 week speech. But she was really nice and said that she understood how I felt and to not let the 6 week speech stop me from calling when I wanted to.

wow im kinda impressed with the current nvc staff , or maybe were just lucky to have nice staff this time around idk lol , indeed will keep the updates coming hoping for sme good news tonight

Just got off the phone with the NVC. Operator said my case had been received but not processed. So I should have my case number next week! :)

2016/09/09 - I-129f mailed

2016/09/12 - Delivered to Lewisville TX

2016/09/12 - NOA1 Date according to Website

2016/09/15 - NOA1 by email, check cashed. Routed to CSC

2016/09/16 - NOA1 Hard copy 797 sent out (was out of country when arrived)

2016/10/13 - NOA2 via the website

2016/10/17 - NOA2 hard-copy received

2016/11/03 - NVC Received

2016/11/04 - NVC Assigned case number (called in and got)

2016/11/07 - Left NVC for consulate in Kyiv

2016/11/10 - Case ready at embassy in Kyiv

2016/11/18 - Medical in Kyiv

2016/11/21 - Medical results received in Kyiv

2016/12/05 - Interview (Approved in about 3 mins!)

That's awesome. :) Since we have the same NOA2, maybe the NVC has received my case as well! I'll force my fiancée to call them on Monday. She's been pretty busy lately and I'm the one who's the most involved with the K1 visa process. I wish I could call. :star:
