I see on your timeline that your consulate says Norway. All the Scandinavians has to go to the Stockholm embassy for K1 visas. If you wrote that the application should be sent to Oslo on the I-129F form, maybe that's what the RFE is about? It should say Stockholm instead. I have no idea though. Just a suggestion. It seems silly they would give you an RFE for that. I'm rambling. :P

Could be. Would be just my luck ;) have to wait and see. Hopefully it won't set us back too much time wise.

I called the NVC on Wednesday. The guy was very kind on the other end of the phone, but did keep reminding me that it could take up to 6 weeks for them to receive my case.

I just keep telling myself that this is just like them saying it can be 5 months between NOA1 and NOA2 :P

I am going to call back on Monday and then MWF until I get my case number.

Yeah, seems like it usually takes 2-3 weeks to get the case number, not 6!

Does anyone know what the London interview scheduling times are like? It looks like usually 2-4 weeks before people have their interview once they send their packet 3, but does anyone know how much choice we get?

Its only been 2 weeks for you and its taking quite a lot of people at least 3. So I wouldnt worry yet! Youre still on track!

Is it faster to call and get the number? How is the case number usually delivered? Mail, email, etc??

People say that they recieve a letter but it is snail mail. I'd recommend calling everyday after two weeks. It's going to take at least 3-5 weeks because of all of the fast approvals. My NOA2 was Oct. 3rd, and I still have yet to get a case number and such :).

its faster to call , the nvc letter comes in the mail , the fast approvals will most likely slow down once november comes because of the holidays, taking most aug filers 15-20 days for case number
