I am happy with you guys who already got their NOA2, but it saddens me that i don't have my NOA2 yet and it's already 33 days since our NOA1. ?

Hello everyone

Our case was received on the 30th August and our Noa1 is dated 1st September. So I will be hovering and posting in the August & September filers.

Have you received your NVC case number or have they recieved it yet? We have close NOA2 dates

July 7th, 2016 – Engaged

September 1st, 2016- I-129F Sent to Lockbox Facility in Lewisville

September 6th, 2016- NOA1

- No RFE’s -

October 3rd, 2016- NOA 2 (Via USCIS application)

- Hardcopy came a week and a half after –

October 27th, 2016- NVC received case (after many weeks of calling)

October 28, 2016- Case was assigned a number

November 4th, 2016- Case left NVC for Bosnia and Herzegovina

( According to DHL website tracking my case will be received by the consulate on November 7th,2016)

November 7th, 2016- Interview (APPROVED)

November 22nd, 2016- POE: Salt Lake City. WE ARE FINALLY TOGETHER.

I checked online and saw our case was approved on October 14, 2016. So happy right now. NOA1 received on September 13, 2016.

Next step to wait for the hardcopy NOA2 via mail and wait out the time before its appropriate to check with NVC.

Patience my friend. There are many who have been waiting much longer than us. We will get ours soon enough.

Yes should be patient saw soulstriker and he/she waited 41 days. Just a little nervous... hope we'll receive our NOA2s sooner than later.?

My fiancee received the NOA2 hard copy yesterday (October 17). ?

Cool! :) We should get ours this week then, before he travels here to visit me.

No I still have not received my NVC case number and I have called up twice. I called last yesterday morning.

im the He lol , trust i understand waiting for noa2 was the worse step so far in this process , im just grateful we didnt file in March, march ppl were taking 80-100 plus days smh, keep your eyes opened and study the patterns currently , i did that to a point where i even predicted the exact time id get approved, no worries ull get it !

Cool! :) We should get ours this week then, before he travels here to visit me.

I wouldn't stress, I have been waiting 46 days. People are getting approved really fast these days but there is a window of time that is considered normal. My fiance and I were thinking we would have the Visa in hand by March but I think it will be even sooner than that the way things are moving.

I'm excited my fiance is flying in next Wednesday for some visiting and wedding prep errands! YAYAYAYAY

01/31/17.... K1 Visa Approved

02/03/17.... K1 Visa Received in Hand

06/05/17....Arrived in the USA (LAX)

06/24/17....Married on Cape Cod <3

 

07/10/17....Sent AOS package (I-485, I-131, I-765)

07/17/17.... AOS notice date for NOA1 (I-485, I-131, I-765)

07/21/17.... Received mailed hardcopies of NOA1s

07/29/17.... Biometrics Notice received in mail 

08/01/17.... Biometrics Appointment AOS - complete (walked in)

08/07/17.... Biometrics Appointment EAD - complete (walked in)

10/23/17.... EAD/AP card delivered to house YAY!
