Yay, I was approved! October 13! One month after NOA1! ??✨

WOOOO HOOOOOOOOO! Case approved 13 October! Website showed it around 10pm tonight! I am ecstatic! Good luck to all those still waiting!

To those of you that are approved, when are you going to start calling the NVC? Is it true the USCIS sends approved petitions in bulk on Fridays? Or is that something I've made up in my head? :P

Looking at other case files it is looking like it will be a minimum of 10 days for them to receive to 3 weeks.

2016/09/09 - I-129f mailed

2016/09/12 - Delivered to Lewisville TX

2016/09/12 - NOA1 Date according to Website

2016/09/15 - NOA1 by email, check cashed. Routed to CSC

2016/09/16 - NOA1 Hard copy 797 sent out (was out of country when arrived)

2016/10/13 - NOA2 via the website

2016/10/17 - NOA2 hard-copy received

2016/11/03 - NVC Received

2016/11/04 - NVC Assigned case number (called in and got)

2016/11/07 - Left NVC for consulate in Kyiv

2016/11/10 - Case ready at embassy in Kyiv

2016/11/18 - Medical in Kyiv

2016/11/21 - Medical results received in Kyiv

2016/12/05 - Interview (Approved in about 3 mins!)

2016/12/07 - Status showing as "Issued" on CEAC website

2016/12/09 - Passport with VISA delievered to Fiancee's flat

2017/01/12 - POE @ Washington-Dulles

yeah from what i seen ppl are taking 15 - 20 days for nvc/case number

Case approved today!! NOA2!! Couldn't believe when I saw the status! I'm very happy!
They received on 9/6 and approved 39 days later.

Yeah, that was the impression I got as well. I've seen people on here who got their case number after something like three days, though. But most likely it will be a waste of time calling that early.

Hello !

We send out application on 12 th September and received our NoA 1 last week was dated 29th September ( CSC). I have downloaded the app of Uscis however I can't see similar cases timelines ....how do I do it ? Also on the letter says country of birth unknown ...is this normal or should in worry that they are missing something ?
