Does anybody know what happens to our applications when they sent them to California service center?so,what they do in MSC?any informaion?

The MSC is the place where all applications go at first, after that they're distributed according to local offices's jurisdictions, with the exception of CSC, where they are now also taking random cases from backlogged local offices, as a means to cut down USICS's general backlog of cases.

CSC is also known to approve fast and without interview, although that's not a rule.

Not necessarily. People have been transferred back to MSC or to TSC after being sent to CSC. Also, name checks have held up many CSCers.

I would not tell people it means you're going to be approved without an interview. It could happen, but it doesn't always happen.

This has been debated on here before today. Some Vjers have been pulled from their local offices to be transfered to CSC only to have the ajudicator at CSC send the case back to the local office for the interview.
