Hi!

If this question has already been answered, please direct me to that forum :)

My husband is petioning both of his parents from the Philippines and tried to pay the AOS fee online. He was able to pay for his dads, but when he tried to pay for his moms, it said PAID already. They have 2 different case numbers and it supposed to be $120 for each parent, so why is it not allowing him to pay for his moms?

We are trying to get this taken care of ASAP. Any answers are appreciated.

Many thanks!

Really? How sure are you? Why did we get 2 cases asking to submit 2 fees? Also, on the receipt it only says his dads name, not the moms.

I thought we had to send 2 different packets, one for each parent? Is this listed anywhere? Just don't wanna mess up.

Thanks!

hi

the cases are linked, yes I'm very sure that you only pay for one per family group, that's why it won't allow you to pay for another affidavit of support

yes you send two different packets, each one will pay separately the DS260. the only form that is paid only once, is the i864, you will use one cover letter with the bar code to link the 2 cases
