The more I read, the more confused I get.

I am a stay at home mom. My father will be the sponsor for my fiancé. So my father fills out the I-864? Correct? Do I have to fill out anything or just my father.

Also, when looking I-864, Part 1, would my father's basis for filing be 1a.

1. 1.a. I am the petitioner. I filed or am filing for the immigration of my relative.

Even though technically my fiancé is not his relative yet?

For the K1, you need the I-134 not the I-864. The I-864 is for Adjustment of Status. Your father fills in the I-134.

Later, after you marry, you and your father will both complete I-864s.

For a London K1 interview, only your father needs to fill out an I-134 and prove his income. Ask interview related questions in the UK forum and you will get the info particular to London, not other countries. Maybe not so confusing that way because each embassy is slightly different.

Later for Adjustment of Status, you will both fill out an I-864 because you have to be the primary sponsor , even with zero income. On that one, you will be 1a, the petitioner. (You petitioned for him with the I-129f.)
