I mailed my I-751 petition and all the evidences on September 19 and my tracking shows that Vermont Service Center received the package on September 21. I hope I will receive NOA letter soon. Does anyone know the timeline for Vermont Center? Thank you.

wow that is a lot of documents lol!!!! my package isn't close to a quarter of what u got haha... it's so weird during my AOS process I sent in very few documents and never got an RFE and my approval was relatively fast. For this ROC I only sent my 2014 & 2015 tax, divorce paper, life insurance document, copies of my GC and a utility bill. Hopefully my stars align once again :rofl:

I didn't sent anything for my AoS lol. I only sent my marriage certificate, didn't get a REF either. When I had my interview I just gave some pictures and insurance I think, that was all. This time I was kind of scared though because people talk about sending 10 lb of paper and getting RFEs. Hopefully we have better luck :)

We sent the package to Vermont on September 20th and it was received and signed for yesterday 21st!

Now the wait begins :clock::clock::clock:

I hope they send the letter asap because my GC expires on 10/6….. :oops:

lol we have similar experiences. During my AOS interview, they only took two pictures of us and a cable bill, that was all. It was the fastest and easiest interview I ever had. Hope history repeats itself again :D

The IO in my AOS interview didn't say anything about sending in everything in the next 2 years. Some folks here are posting that they barely sent in anything for AOS and still got approved.

I think we sent enough for ROC, but we also sent reams of documents for the K-1 visa (starting with joint lease from 1997 and notarized affidavit of domestic partnership from 1998) and more documents for AOS. So my hope is that USCIS will look at the totality of the documents we have sent for this immigration journey and consider everything we have submitted as proof of an almost 22-year relationship.

NOA1 received, dated Sept 16th - same day USPS says they received my package.

I was reading other threads, and we included every statement (bank, insurance, utilities etched) going back to the date of the green card, but other threads say to go back to the start of marriage. We included the title of our car (joint from before our marriage), birth certificates for our kids, statutory deed for our house, purchased before we got married. Should I dig out more bills etc to send in or stick with what we sent initially?

Also, you are all freaking me out, I didn't send in any utility bills. My husband pays all the bills, I am terrible with money. :/

For all of you who hope for an interview waiver, DON'T! It's the worst thing that can happen to you. I got my interview waived for the AOS and then they never processed my file. After NINE months (!!!) I contacted the Georgia senator and then they finally pushed my file through in 5 hours. All the folks that had the interview were processed much quicker.

Is it true that the current processing time for Vermont people is over one year? That'd be hilarious because by that time I would be eligible to apply for citizenship which I plan to do. Will I need the 10 year GC for that?
