Hi everyone. 

 

I didn't receive the approval letter yet. But this morning I got the email and text update from USCIS. Everyone has a same issue?

Did you receive a paper notice in the mail? My NOA1 was dated September 22, 2016. I am still waiting for the approval letter from USCIS.

I saw this in my USPS Informed Delivery Daily Digest today. I'm at work so I do not know what is inside the envelope. I am not sure if it is an REF or approval letter. Any experts here?

I am no expert but I think it was Dudefromtribeca that said that if you see part of the Statue of Liberty from the letter window (which it shows on your letter) it must be an approval letter.

My case status never changed since "Case Was Received". I checked last night, it's still "Case was Received". I didn't receive the approval letter either. This morning I've got the email and text message from USCIS as above. That's abnormal to make me a little confused.

Must be an approval letter. I got a RFE for my AOS back then, it was on some weird pink sheets of paper. Yours looks like an official document (NOAs of approval, etc).
