Hey!

My Greencard expired September 13, I filed September 1st. I waited so long because we waited for the birth of our daughter as we thought this would probably be great evidence.

Yeah they are slow with biometrics. It also depends on which local offices have the backlog.

my check was cashed as well today 9/21. should be receiving NOA1 in a few days. The rest is in USCIS hands. They often take their sweet time.Well it is what it is. I will let the process happen and step in when any action is needed from my part. there are somethings we can control and somethings we cannot. its fine. i have done my part. Now like someone said the ball is in their court ;) good luck to every one!

Wow, so many checks getting cashed. USCIS sure doesn't waste much time cashing those checks and making coins. If only they applied that same enthusiasm to sending out biometrics notices and processing ROC applications.

Anyone else here thinking of sending additional supporting documents? The NOA1 extension letter says we can still send documents, but all correspondence should include a copy of the NOA1.

I was thinking of sending in more joint utility bills. I'm missing about 6 months of utility bills between June 2014 and August 2016, but I already sent 18 months worth of those bills. Do we have to send in the complete set?

I am not thinking of sending more evidence. My package was not as heavy as others but I think I do have enough good evidence . I think that if you are confident on the things you sent you could just wait and see if they ask for anything. Unless you feel that you miss something important.

I would only send more if they take too long just to give them updated information.

wow that is a lot of documents lol!!!! my package isn't close to a quarter of what u got haha... it's so weird during my AOS process I sent in very few documents and never got an RFE and my approval was relatively fast. For this ROC I only sent my 2014 & 2015 tax, divorce paper, life insurance document, copies of my GC and a utility bill. Hopefully my stars align once again :rofl:
