As others have stated, the new card states "signature waived" in place where the signature was on the previous card.

 

I was surprised to note that the validity date of 10 years is from the date the card was reported "being produced" and not the original date of immigration or even the date of the I-751 approval.

Thanks for the update! Did your online status change? It's been over a week since my approval date and no status change. 

 

Glad your travels worked out and you got back in. I travelled back from London last week and unbeknown to me at the time I was also already approved. I got the letter the day after I got back but had been approved whilst out of the country.

It's nice that they're sending a 10 year card that's actually good for 10 years (not 9, based on the date on our conditional card)!

Thanks. Yeah if you look in my signature you'll see the date of the online status changes. There was no change for approval but there was one for "card is being produced" and then "card was mailed".

 

We had the neighbors take the mail in which is how we found out about the approval. The online status changed to "card is being produced" about a week later.

Thanks. I was surprised. As it's called "lifting conditions" I had assumed the 10 years started on the original POE date leaving just over 7 years from now. Considering the massive fees of the I-751, it's nice that USCIS is at least not short changing us. Then again it might not matter as I believe my wife may apply for naturalization sooner rather than later...

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

We had the neighbors take the mail in which is how we found out about the approval. The online status changed to "card is being produced" about a week later.

 

 

Thanks. I was surprised. As it's called "lifting conditions" I had assumed the 10 years started on the original POE date leaving just over 7 years from now. Considering the massive fees of the I-751, it's nice that USCIS is at least not short changing us. Then again it might not matter as I believe my wife may apply for naturalization sooner rather than later...

Hi everyone,

i just received my 10 yrs green card. Signature said "signature waived". I received the old card design. I want thank everyone for help and support. Me and my wife are very happy to be done with this step. It's funny I have been in US all my life and with the card they send a welcome to United States package.  Well now we are filling n400.  Well, for those who got approved congratulations and for those waiting I will pray you guys get your approval soon.

So how many of us VSC filers are still remaining? It kinda sucks for me to see folks that I applied before get approved and I'm still pending lol. Makes u wonder the order in which they process these applications... Congrats to everyone and pray for the remainder of us still patiently waiting lol.
