99% of the people who got the update of case transferred were not transferred at all. It was some glitch at the system when they activated the original WAC numbers. I got to updates about my case being transferred but when I went to get my second stamp the agent told me that my case is still in CSC and its been there since day one. I read all the post and those that said that also said they did NOT receive a letter in the mail. I did get receive a physical letter confirming the transfer to the National Benefits Center. Did Anyone get this letter in the mail and get approval without an interview?

I literally just got another update that 'They Destroyed the Card that I sent to them'. Not sure why they feel the need to share that information with me lol... I supposed any update is good news. I was hoping for a 'We Mailed You Your New Card' update - But not as yet. I'll keep you posted 👍

 

Did you mark your envelope 'Not to be opened in the mail room'? My instructions specifically said to put that on the envelope with the address, to ensure it went straight to the necessary department.

Did you mark your envelope 'Not to be opened in the mail room'? My instructions specifically said to put that on the envelope with the address, to ensure it went straight to the necessary department. 

Yeah... I followed their instructions to the T and triple checked a thousand times. I'd hate to think they lost it between the reception desk and WS13386's desk...

You sent it by courier and tracked, correct? And if you had all of that information on there, then I wouldn't worry 👍 You can prove that they received it 👍 It's clearly hit and miss with updates - Yours may even bypass these meaningless updates, and go straight into production update, or mailed update 👍 I hope we get the replacements soon - I will need another stamp in a few weeks, and it's a 90 minute drive out to my local office (who only provide 6 month stamps for some unknown reason), and another trip to the DMV 🙄 It would be nice to not have to do that again.

Yes, I sent it by UPS to 24000 Avila Rd Floor 2 in Laguna Niguel to the attention of "Admin Error WS13386" and clearly wrote to be opened by addressee only, not to be opened in the mail room. In big capital letters lol. I'm not sure what I've done wrong to not hear anything at all and I'm worried it's been misplaced now. My stamp expires in October and I will probably have to pay the lost card fee to get another stamp.

I wouldn't worry just yet... Like I said, it could just be that whoever is dealing with yours, isn't updating the system. It may go straight into production update - Fingers crossed 👍 It's good that you have tracking proof... I would hope that that would be enough for you to challenge having to pay a fee for a lost card, given that it made it to their facility 👍 The burden of loss 'should' be on them.

I'm not sure it will be that simple. I have proof I sent something to them but no receipt notice acknowledging what is was. Hopefully you're right, but I wonder if my pending I-90 (it should technically be dead since I skipped biometrics) is affecting anything or maybe they just determined I wasn't eligible for an expedite. I feel I should have received a receipt at least though.

I-90 could maybe be affecting it? Do you have the option to completely withdraw the i-90? Maybe send a Service Request to USCIS and ask for advise in this case.

I didn't find any relevant service request subject to file under and I think at this point it's too late if it's already affecting the people at CSC. I'll wait until a little after you receive yours I think... Then panic for real and see what I can do. Maybe send another letter or something to this person at CSC and ask why they haven't sent me anything.

Yes, don't panic yet... I honestly think they update the system manually, and you may just have someone that isn't big on updating. I'll keep you posted with my experience - Fingers crossed for the both of us, that they get them processed and mailed out soon! 👍

Just checked my status (for about the 20th time in the last couple of days) and finally got the update that my new card is being produced.   So, one RFE, no transfer of the case.  And no interview - so the interview clearly is not required in all cases, no matter what others have been told recently.
