today i got the green card. It came in a priority mail envelop. The label inside is dated 4/3/18 coming from Lees Summit, MO. Finally its all done! Thank you all of you here, it has been really a huuuuuge help and also the peace of mind i had knowing i wasn't the only one waiting and waiting. Hope all of you still waiting get a response soon!

Yeah, mine's here too.  Same as above.  Since I got on the board in Feb the information I have got has really helped me.  I got so much great knowledge that without it I wouldn't have been super stressed.  I'm filing N-400 this weekend and I'll check in with all you in 9-10 months or so (my office processing times).  Best and good luck to those still waiting. I have my card in hand and it's the new style. Thank God this is all over with.

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered

November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

What date do people have as "resident since"? Mine has my approval date for ROC, I was under the impression it should be the date I actually became a resident (11/24/14), albeit conditional.

Yes, it should be the date that you became permanent resident. Your approval letter says at the end of the first line "You are deemed to be a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States as of the date of your original admission or adjusment of status." So, your green card should have such date if it doesn't have it, it's a mistake.

My green card has the date that I became a permanent resident 12-19-14

04-24-2006 I started to work in the US with a TN-2 Visa.
I renewed my TN visa every year until the last TN visa on March 2014.
08-31-2013 I met the girl that is my wife now. A US citizen

03-05-2014 I renewed my TN visa in Mexico City. I declared that I was engaged.
06-21-2014 We got married.
06-22-2014 - 06-19-2014 Honey moon in Monterey CA.
07-01-2014 I moved officially to my new home.
08-14-2014 We sent the forms for AOS(I-130 and I-485) plus EAD (I-765) and advanced parole (I-131)
08-15-2014 USCIS got my package. (Day 1)
08-20-2014 USCIS sent me a text message that they got my case on 08-15-2014 (Day 5)
09-08-2014 Biometric appointment. (Day 23)
11-03-2014 Advance parole approved. (Day 80)
11-08-2014 I received by mail a combo card (EAD and AP) (Day 85)
11-13-2014 Letter received by mail for interview on 12-18-2014 at the local USCIS office. (Day 90)
12-18-2014 Interview with my wife at local USCIS office. (Day 125)
12-19-2014 Change of state approved. (Day 126)
12-22-2014 We got an approval letter by mail for I-130 and I-485. (Day 129)

Mine says resident since 3/15/18 lol. Idiots. I'm going to send it back in next year because I took one look at the I-90 processing times and almost fainted. I need it to renew my driving license in December and don't want more idiots at the BMV telling me an I-551 stamp isn't real.

Mine is also wrong then - It says Resident since: 3/15/18. I did think it was odd that it didn't state 2014, but the card is for 10 years, so I figured that might be why? Do we need to make them aware of this error and get it fixed, or will it not matter?

You do not need I90. If there is a mistake in your green card, they have to change it. In the back of the sheet where your green card came, it says "Please Check Your Card to Verify That the Information is Correct". If the information is incorrect, you should call the phone number on the letter.

I think that the date matters if you will apply for the citizenship. However, I don't think that it's a big issue, but you might need to explain the mistake at some point.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news :( I'm not sure how much it matters. I figure if we want to apply for citizenship later down the line then it might complicate things if the officer takes it at face value.

It says to call them or to check uscis.gov, where it says to file I-90 lol. At least it's free to correct the mistake, but it'll take about a year, judging Potomac's processing times. I'm not sure what to do. Whether to keep it and hope for the best or to send it in and deal with having a stamp for another year.

hey everybody I got my green card today too. And thought it was weird with the resident since date which is my approval date, and wasnt sure what the deal was but i guess i ll be calling them to correct it i guess, not sure how much it matters. I dont have my old green card anymore since i got the stamp in my passport.

But the card looks fancy almost like my german ID card.

I thought I was finally done with this process but I ll be around. If anybody has the same issue please update and advice. I will as well.

Thank you guys

Looks like you can file an I-90 online and scan in the information. I just did. I uploaded the new card, the front of my old card and my visa with entry stamp. There was nowhere to describe the issue so I hope they'll take the hint of what they screwed up on. I can't believe they did this to multiple people after all the time we had to wait.

Same issue with the incorrect date - It's showing I've been a resident since 03/15/2018.. I have just been to the DHS website and on my case, I selected the option for 'Typographical Error' - I had to complete an online form describing the error. After submission I received an email that said that I can expect a response from them by 04/28/2018 <_< I will not be using the GC for anything, and will continue to use my stamp in my passport until this is resolved - I don't want to be accused of using an invalid document now, or at time of application for Citizenship. I hope their turn around for fixing this up is fast - I was looking forward to renewing my DL for longer than six months lol! Plus I'll need a new stamp this June, and my office only gives six months at a time. Ugh - Just when I thought it was all done with! Sigh...

I hope their turn around for fixing this up is fast - I was looking forward to renewing my DL for longer than six months lol! Plus I'll need a new stamp this June, and my office only gives six months at a time. Ugh - Just when I thought it was all done with! Sigh...

I just did this too. Hopefully a service request and an I-90 will suffice :D
