So, on March 12 I got an email that they are still reviewing my case and they last took action was February 26. On March 27 2018 I got the same message but says they last took action November 8 2016. And March 29, same message but it says they last took action March 1st 2018. Does anyone got similar dates? This doesn’t make sense. Why first 2/26/2018, then 11/8/2016 and then 3/1/2018??? My biometrics date is 11/8/2016. When I check my status on the original website I first had Case Transfer to local office at 2/28/2018 and then changed to 3/5/2018. When I check on the dhs site it says Case Transfered on 2/25/2018 and 2/26/2018?!?!? What the actual f@&$  They are confusing me. 😫😫😫 

 

My NOA is 9/30/2016 and I didn’t file for N400

Hi, I was approved 3/8/18 and letter came 3/12/18. Just checked my.uscis.gov and my card went into production 3/29/18.  Very similar to the recent batch of approvals. Phew!

 Don’t freak out. It took me 42 days from the approval date to receiving the  green card in the mail. Some people are lucky to have their green cards produced faster. I think, it boils down to the person that is working on your case. Maybe, he or she takes so many breaks and forgot where they left out when they returned to their desk. Therefore, your application might be hanging around because he/she forgot to order your card to be produced. My application was in similar situation. It was stuck in card is being produced status. I assume, applying for citizenship might have triggered the production of my green card.

I have exactly the same update. I wonder if after the card goes into production, they have the cards verified for details? This must be a new update they've implemented.

I feel you though. It's worded poorly, like they are still reviewing the application... but I had online and mailed approval, and like you the GC in production update. Maybe it's another glitch? 

They also feel like mass updates... But then maybe it's just date batches that they actually are processing, and we all get the same update, as that's our date batch? I don't know.

I just checked mine, it still says producing your card. This is crazy!

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

 

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

 

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

04-24-2006 I started to work in the US with a TN-2 Visa.
I renewed my TN visa every year until the last TN visa on March 2014.
08-31-2013 I met the girl that is my wife now. A US citizen
January 2014. We decided to get married, so we got engaged.
03-05-2014 I renewed my TN visa in Mexico City. I declared that I was engaged.
06-21-2014 We got married.
06-22-2014 - 06-19-2014 Honey moon in Monterey CA.
07-01-2014 I moved officially to my new home.
08-14-2014 We sent the forms for AOS(I-130 and I-485) plus EAD (I-765) and advanced parole (I-131)
08-15-2014 USCIS got my package. (Day 1)
08-20-2014 USCIS sent me a text message that they got my case on 08-15-2014 (Day 5)
09-08-2014 Biometric appointment. (Day 23)
11-03-2014 Advance parole approved. (Day 80)
11-08-2014 I received by mail a combo card (EAD and AP) (Day 85)
11-13-2014 Letter received by mail for interview on 12-18-2014 at the local USCIS office. (Day 90)
12-18-2014 Interview with my wife at local USCIS office. (Day 125)
12-19-2014 Change of state approved. (Day 126)
12-22-2014 We got an approval letter by mail for I-130 and I-485. (Day 129)
