I hope it's something that means this will be over soon. It's strange that it's dated on a Saturday March 10th. 
Reading some of the other threads on VJ suggests it could just be a transfer letter to say how they will process my case now it has been transferred.  I guess only time will tell.

My approval letter doesn't have the Statue of Liberty in it. So it may be an approval letter. My letter has the exact same wording as other approval letters but the paper it is on seems just like regular paper. I don't know why I got it differently.

Does it have the date like that? Either way, USCIS havent lost my file. That's a good thing.  I'll find out in a few hours. Thanks.

I just received an email and several text messages advising me that my "Name was updated". I have made no name change request - But I understand that several people before me received this, and had not either, so I'm assuming it's part of the process, and it means that someone is looking at my case.

 

For reference, I don't know if it's related or would have happened anyway: I placed a call to USCIS yesterday, and was told I would receive a call back within 3-5 days. I also submitted an SR online last night. Both are acknowledged on my DHS account, but interestingly enough, the name update only shows on the old USCIS website. 

 

Hoping for an approval update any time now. Can anyone that is approved, that received the "name" update tell me what happened next? Thanks :)

Yep, from what I remember also, people were getting name and address updates a few day/s prior to getting the approved update.. I sense you are so close.. Good Luck.

6 months ago I filed N-400 (citizenship). The first package was lost via USPS and got lost in transit. So, i sent another package out. The second package arrived and started getting processed. Biometrics was taken for second package and then USCIS notified me that my first package was found and delivered. I called USCIS and asked them to cancel one of them. 5 months later (today) I received the letter to say that my N-400 case was cancelled.  Thankfully they cancelled the right one. 

No approval, no transfer, not even a RFE...
