Hello Peeps, I called USCIS Cleveland Local Office today and talked to Tier 1 officer.  She said there is nothing new info to provide and may be the Tier 2s will have clear and extra info and I was transferred.  I was on hold for 2 minutes then the machine said "my total wait time is approximately 148 minutes as everyone is busy..." so I scheduled a call back. I will update this thread when i get the call.

You need to pick up that phone and call USCIS...you are outside normal processing times. The updated times for CSC is October 12 2016. Call and let them explain what is going on.

It's not the approval letter as no Statue of liberty in window... Any ideas? I'll find out later today when it arrives..

Hhhmmm sorry no ideas here. Have you looked online (both websites) to check for status updates? Maybe RFE? Or notice of transfer. Please keep us posted when it arrives. You are sept 2016 CSC filer right?? Goodluck!!!

So it looks like it is from your local office, so maybe it is an approval letter from them.. different format. I think it happened to someone over here too.

No status updates on either website. My last update was transferred date of Feb 25th. It does say on that update that if I dont receive anything by March 27th, contact them and tell them i didn't receive my mail ??

Since you filed for N-400, I am sure it will something related to that especially since it is from NBC. 

Like a combined interview for both.
