Hey guys, I just noticed something weird. So in the Check my case website I had an update on the transfer your case to local office twice. On 28th if February and 4th of March and currently is says 4th of March. But in the my account website(the one we recently discovered and saw that some of you were approved) it says the I had an update on February 25th and 26th. Why is that? Totally different days. 😕

look over the last 2 pages on this thread. The people who have had more than 1 change in dates are getting approved. My guess is that each time the websites updates with a different day or name change, it suggests that your case is being worked on.

Keep watching, I feel your approval right around the corner.

i hope you get it by today but you shouldn't have any problems at all with that stamp. Actually the officers are more understanding once you explain them how long you've been waiting for.

My case history report looks exactly like LiliDeyan.  16 days so far.  How slow can it get than this?  Either ask for RFE or approve it, right?.  What's the holdup man?  It feels sad to realize that you come after DACA and after H1b, lmfao.  No wonder some of my buddies here are so happy being an illegal.  smh pfft!!

No news might be good news. We just got a letter in the mail dated 02/28/18 and it was an RFE!!! We've never gotten that before😐😐😐 It says we've failed to establish good faith marriage because we didn't send actual transactions on bank accounts and credit cards, and the 2015 taxes weren't signed and "did not provide supporting evidence to corroborate the information reported." What does that mean??? What evidence do we have to send for taxes?? It also says that photos did not cover all the marriage but we sent so so many, From anniversaries, trips to Turkey Disneyland and local spots.

I really didn't think this would be an issue. Our baby is even turning 1 soon!!

Aby by advice on what to send would be greatly appreciated!

My wife and I just received the exact same statement in the RFE we just received: that our 2015 taxes weren't signed and that we "did not provide supporting evidence to corroborate the information reported."  Did you figure out what USCIS is asking for here, regarding the supporting evidence?  We spoke to a clerk at the local USCIS office, and she thought it was referring to our W2s, but she did not sound sure.  Anyone else on here know?  Thanks in advance.

I’m so nervous about receiving an RFE. Hubby and I weren’t working when we filed the paperwork and didn’t have a lot of evidence..we did include affidavits from friends and family. Just keeping my fingers crossed.

Noa 9/28. Chicago field office. No updates yet.

Nervous.

does a late update usually mean rfe??

I didn’t send IRS tax transcripts when I filled my i751. Does this mean I’m going to get an RFE too? We send them just copies of our taxes as well as tons of other supporting documents like utilitie bills, insurances and pictures. Did anyone got approved who didn’t send IRS transcripts?
