That's great that we can finally track the actual I-751. Just wish they hadn't confused everyone with the local office jargon. Congrats, Denise!

ROC from CR-1 visa (Green Card expiration date was Nov 24th 2016)

Link to the evidence I submitted. Be sure to send evidence spanning your entire marriage (especially for K-1) or as far back as you can. Just one or two bank statements will not cut it. I primarily focused on the two years of living here since I came in on a CR-1. If you don't have the fundamentals (i.e. joint accounts/policies), you can explain why in the covering letter. E.g. "While we do not have joint utilities, we both contribute to them from our joint bank account".

September 26th 2016: I-751 package sent to CSC

September 28th 2016: Package delivered
September 30th 2016: Check cashed
October 3rd 2016: NOA1 received with receipt date of 09/28/16
November 3rd 2016: Biometrics received with appointment date of 11/14/16.
November 14th 2016: Attended biometrics appointment
October 30th 2017: Infopass appointment to get I-551 stamp
February 26th 2018: I-751 case number (aka the NOA1 receipt number) becomes trackable
March 14th 2018: Submitted service request due to being outside of processing time.

March 15th 2018: ROC approved. 535 days (1 year, 5 months and 17 days)

March 29th 2018: Card being produced

April 4th 2018: Card mailed out

April 6th 2018: Card in hand. Has incorrect "resident since" date. Submitted service request on I-751 case (typographical error on permanent resident card) and an I-90 online.

April 2018 - August 7th 2018: Tons of service requests, emails and now senator involvement to get my corrected green card back because what the heck, USCIS. Also some time in May I sent a letter to Potomac telling them I want to withdraw my I-90 since CSC were handling it.

August 8th 2018: Card in production thanks to the direct involvement of Senator Sherrod Brown's team

August 13th 2018: Card mailed

August 15th 2018: Card in hand with correct date. :joy:

October 31st 2018: Potomac sends out a notice stating they have closed out my I-90 per my request. Yay for no duplicate card drama.

that might explain why some ppl didn't have update in their CRI-89 when they received the approval letter. CRI-89 will only be updated when the card was mailed?

Those are my thoughts too.

Hello Everyone,

Got the message yesterday that I am scheduled for my N-400 interview. So it looks like I will be having a combo interview at my local field office.

When did you apply for citizenship? I applied in January, so trying to get a timeline estimate for me :)

N-400 all depends on which local office. You are the same as me, Seattle office. Seattle are currently processing Feb 2 2017 N-400 cases. I applied in Sept 2017. I think it's still going to be quite a few months away for us, unless they push us forward since our ROC has been pending and out of processing time now. I'm in Puyallup/South Hill area. Hang in there. I have case inquiry in and waiting until Monday to check back in with them about it.

TGIF!!!! :jest:

Congratulations to Peeps who got it again.

Today, I called Local Office here in Cleveland to inquire about my "Received at the office" and "for 10 days now nothing is happening" situation.  I don't know what Tier Officer I spoke with, but he told me it's gonna take somewhere from 60 days to 180 days to get it processed.  Fml.  So, I asked him if there is any way I can drop my effing case.  17 months and now more 180 days???  Man!!! I am losing it now.

😕😔 I called the 1800 # too (because my case shows transferred as well), and was also told that its going to take an additional  180 days for my case to be reviewed 😒😓😪😭😭😭. However my case does say i should recieve some kind of notice by 3.28.2018, But based on the amount of filers that received the same message, I'm guessing the mailed notice will be a standard notification of transfer and not really specific to my case.

This is very messed up. Another 180 days after 18 months of wait?

If they know it takes that long then or plan to make it such a lengthy process, they should just provide automatic 2 years extension, instead of 1 year or 6 months for some cases. This just duplicate the works of the local offices and create all kinds of unnecessary bureaucracy during this ROC process. All these resources can be better deployed somewhere else.
