Hi! and welcome..

Also for the bank accounts make sure you send them back to the month from the inception of marriage, they state that in the instructions that you need to send evidence from the date you got married, so make sure you have evidence dating back to the day you got married.

Also, do you have any house mortgages or deeds with both names on it? or apartment leases?

Any retirement accounts or health insurance accounts showing each other as beneficiaries?

Thanks. I listed 2 years of joint lease agreements as well as health ins.

Oh copies of green card as well

I forgot to send copies of the front and back of my green card when I mailed the ROC package last Sep 14. I did send the GC photocopies the next day via priority express mail with a cover letter stating my name, alien number, why I'm sending the copies. I signed and dated every page in blue ink. USPS tracking shows delivery to the Laguna Niguel lockbox on Sep 16.

Update: i got my NOA1 mail today , it says that i am going to be a resident ALIEN for one more year .

I mailed my I-751 petition and all the evidences on September 19 and my tracking shows that Vermont Service Center received the package on September 21. I hope I will receive NOA letter soon. Does anyone know the timeline for Vermont Center? Thank you.

You can check the threads for other months to see how fast VSC is processing applications. Based on the August 2016 filers, VSC seems to be faster in issuing biometrics notices than CSC.

Got my NOA1 today as well. I sent my package to USCIS on 9/16 , they received it on 9/19. the NOA1 is date is 9/19/2016. i received it today in the mail.

Says that the conditional status was extended one year and that a biometrics appointment will be scheduled and to look out for it in the mail. One question, when I plugin the receipt number online to the "case status" tool, the USCIS website says it cannot find this receipt number. Should I be worried about this?

Hi Johndoe.

The NOA date we put in the spreadsheet is the date on top of the notice you received on the 22nd. In your case it's probably 9/15 to 9/16?

You have to wait for the biometrics letter to get a case number that can be looked up online. Not sure why but that's how it seems to work.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.
