HELLO,

My fiancé just received his interview/appointment packet date.. But our concern is what form it says fill out online. We have called to make sure but wanted your opinions to see if you experienced it. In my fiancé packet it says go online to fill out form DS156 and different website too.... evisaforms.state.gov/ds156.asp....which we looked online couldn't find...But calling NVC and looking online ceac.state.gov it tells us to fill out DS160.. So the DS160 is this the correct form?..form DS160...we just want to be sure...Seems consulate may have gave outdated info. Thank you in advance guys.

On the state dept and uscis website it says to fill DS 160.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to fill both however they're website seems outdated as well. Because they're fee prices are different from what is listed on the DOS and USCIS websites

Have you ever heard of someone applying online and scheduling an interview all at once. I found two .gov sites that shows how to do so.

Yea we tried going to fill out other form it doesn't exist anymore neither does the website...but they should really update their system....

yea we wil go with what the uscis and NVC says..DS160..

You should fill out the DS160 form. Don't forget to print the confirmation page when you have completed the form.
