I wouldn't bet on it. It took my wife about 10 days to get it in the mail, but you never know, it could happen but just don't put your hope too high.

Once you've passed the interview, you have to check in with the EMS and you can ask for expedite shipment. It should cost you an unpaid 240k dong to be paid upon delivery. In my case, visa was issued the next day and it took 3 business days to receive the visa. Otherwise it would have took 5-10 days. EMS has the tracking # that you can check.
