If you need an exit visa or permission yo emigrate then you need that permission. Or quit your job.

from where need I take permission, can you explain it please?

if I take permission from authority then can I use my official passport for immigrant (k3 or IR1/CR-2) visa aapprove purpose?

To answer your question,

1. if you are holding a diplomatic of official passport, I doubt that will or can be used for immigration purpose. So you either have to surrender your current passport or apply for a regular one. You can also relieve yourself of your duty, resign and apply as an ordinary citizen but you are not willing to do that. There is nothing guaranteed when it comes to US immigration and if anyone is promising something to you is simply lying. So you have to take your chances.

2. During the visa process you have to prove the true intent of your marriage. In Nangladesh's context, it will be difficult for you to prove. Put yourself on the visa officers place, would you consider your own marriage as regular marriage? It will raise significant amount of questions based on what you posted here and your past posts.

3. Wow. This is going to be a tough story to sell. She was married for ten years and fall in love and is getting married in a month after his divorce?

You work in the police department, would you find it difficult to make a case about the intent of the marriage? Does that mean this can never happen? Of course not but you will need to back it up with lots of documents information and I'm pretty sure reasons during your interview process and that will happen down the road . Depending on your spouses car and immigration status (green card vs citizen) it may take somewhere between nine months to five years.

Best of luck.

So what does someone who has an official passport do if they go on Holiday to say India, or Thailand, what document do they use?

Shouldnt you know who to ask permission to? I would think your superiors could point you to correct people.

So what does someone who has an official passport do if they go on Holiday to say India, or Thailand, what document do they use?

Wikipedia tells me that government employees in Bangladesh can get Official Passports which allow visa-free travel to a handful of countries.

Seems like the OP wants to hide the marriage from his family as well as his government.

Obviously people do immigrate, so just a question of finding what they do.

You have Red Flags in your case.It is very uncommon for a Bangladeshi man to marry a woman older than him. Secondly she just got divorced.I suggest you hire a Immigration Attorney and take his advice. You will get different advises over here. It's better to hire a Immigration Attorney if your case has red flags.Best of luck.

what does the red flags mean?? if have red flags, is it mean U.S Embassy rejected my visa?

after five years will they approve my visa?

in these five years may we have baby, if we have baby isn't it enough to proof that we are a couple??

Yes i can take permission from my superiors but my passport catagory won't change. So my question is, will Bangladesh U.S embassy approve spouse visa with a Official passport?
