B2 visa not cancelled, K1 visa stamped on passport. Confused.

I had my interview on the 17th at the US Embassy Manila and my visa was delivered on the 22nd.

I was surprised to see my B1/B2 visa untouched - without any stamps on it. I've read on blogs that it has to be cancelled? I've asked our lawyer but she has no clue. A few pages forward is my K1 visa.

I've tried calling the embassy but the people I talk to couldn't give me an answer.

Any k1 visa holders with uncancelled B2 on here? Is this normal?

Thanks all!

It's uncommon, but not unheard of. They will still force you to use the K1 next time you enter the USA, you won;t be given a choice.
