Hello,

My wife had her interview a few days ago in Singapore. Since she is a Filipino working there, the consul asked for another Police certificate dating from when she moved there (April 2010) and also a Certificate of No Marriage from the Registry of Marriage.

When she got home, she noticed in her old passport that she actually moved to Singapore in June 2010, not April. In the paper that she was given, the consul specifically wrote April 2010, but when applies online for the Police Cert. they will need a copy of that paper and might wonder why April, when their system says she moved there on June.

I called the Embassy and was instructed to email the consul and it's up to them to approve it.

I'm also scared that they might deny her because of that.

Any suggestions would help.

Thank you very much.

Maybe her Singapore work visa was issued in April and they confused the dates?
