I really hope i get case complete this week. August 29th is my second scan date.. i really hope.. finger crossd..

Well hoping NVC actually receive the documents this month for us to even start the next process - 4 weeks since USCIS approval and NVC still haven't received the documents

Scan date July 19th. my case is now on a supervisors list. They say to wait till Friday. Even one more hour in this seems an eternity.

What are you going to miss about CR when you get back eventually?

Well, I never lived in CR like you, but I always miss natilla and the turrialba cheese after a visit. Can't buy it here. The closest to natilla is a table cream I found at an international food store. I think it was Mexican table cream(not a sour cream)

I know my wife and kids will miss everything and I hope they can feel at home here. Them being unhappy here is my biggest fear.

11/25/15 sent 3 I-130's

12/01/15 3 NOA1's

04/14/16 3 I-130's approved

04/19/16 NVC received 3 cases

04/28/16 Received DS-261/AOS bill

04/28/16 Received IV-Bill's

04/28/16 Pay AOS Bill (1 fee)

04/28/16 Pay IV Bill (3 fees)

05/17/16 Submit 3 DS-261's

06/07/16 Send AOS Package

06/07/16 Send 3 IV packages

06/14/16 NVC scan date 3 cases

07/15/16 CC for CR-1(was told on phone case complete and waiting for 2-CR-2 cases)

07/18/16 Checklist for 2 CR-2's (missing I-864 for both children)('correction' agent failed to send individual I-864 for each applicant, sent 3 copies of I-864 for wife)

07/19/16 Send response to checklist via FedEx (two I-864's for two CR-2's )

07/21/16 2nd scan date, NVC received checklists responses

07/27/16 Sent expedite email request to NVC. Request children's cases to join Wife's completed case.

08/11/16 Email from NVC; US Embassy, San Jose is willing to expedite, 3 cases/ waiting for review of checklists

09/02/16 call to NVC, 6 weeks point, now waiting for supervisor review

09/22/16 CC for both CR-2 cases (took 2 months to review)

09/27/16 3 expedited visa statuses changed to "in transit"

10/04/16 3 cases at embassy status changed to "ready", waiting for interview instructions

10/05/16 Received instructions email from embassy, without interview date

10/07/16 Wife and kids went to medical (Walk-in). Completed X-ray, Urine, Blood. Scheduled physical for 10/12/16

10/12/16 Wife and Kids completed physical and received sealed medicals.

10/19/16 Interview request email sent to embassy

10/26/16 Embassy provided interview date

11/03/16 Interview - APPROVED ALL 3!!

11/14/16 Picked up passports with visas?

12/01/16 Entry at Atlanta?

10/16/18 I-751 Mailed to California

10/19/18 I-751 Delivered

11/05/18 I-751 Check posted to account(no text or email, account says Phoenix on transaction)

My case was sent to NVC on Sept. 1st from Texas. It was just received by the NVC on Sept. 23rd. Still waiting for a case number. I'm ready to get this part of the process moving. Hope I can get this whole process finished by the end of the year.

Woot, I got 3rd N/A. Just checked this morning and nothing, checked again two laters and saw the 3rd NA.

Will call to confirm.

2nd scan date was August 15th, right at 6 weeks!

Hi everybody! I'd just like to ask when will be able to pay our AOS fee? I've already filled the DS-261 earlier

Try to call NVC and ask them to review your DS-261 I got my AOS bill ready for payment few minutes after I called. Once AOS appears Paid you can pay the IV fees. Took mine a day to release the IV fees.

USCIS Process:
Sent I-130 (via USPS): April 28 2016
NOA1 hardcopy received: May 7, 2016
NOA2 approval text & email: July 6, 2016 (60 days from NOA1) :dancing:
Petition Recieved by NVC text & email: July 18, 2016

NVC Process:
Case number and IIN Assigned: August 3, 2016
Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: August 3, 2016
AOS Fee Invoiced: August 4, 2016
Pay AOS Fee: August 4, 2016
AOS Fee appeared as PAID: August 5, 2016
IV Fee Invoiced: August 5, 2016
Pay IV Fee: August 10, 2016
IV Fee appeared as PAID: August 12, 2016
IV application (DS-260) completed: August 20, 2016

Hey guys, just got my case and ID Number and chooses the agent , its says next step is to allow 2 weeks before proced , what should i do next ? Wait 2 weeks or call them to unlock affidavit and IV Fee so i can pay them ? Need details please ..thank you all for the help..GOD bless you all..

Ksma, your condition is similar to mine ,,just choosed the agent today but not sure what to do ? Wait 2 weeks or give me call to have my case reviwed ?

I called Nvc and lady told me that your case just entered. Please wait for email or welcome letter from Nvc. It can take time to generate fee. I am Confused now?
