Hi, next Monday is gonna be my 6 week after my second scan date. Should I call to ask for a supervisor or should be wait? What do you recommend me?

Hey guys, I was waiting for 6 weeks for nvc to receive my case from nebraska (no2 11th of August) and just got a welcome letter with numbers assigned from them.

I was wondering what are my next steps, can I go ahead and fill in ds 160 and pay Aos fee at the same time?

When is IV fee usually available?

Do I have to have that both paid before sending off the package?

Does IV interview form has to be done before sending?

Congrats!

You log in, fill ouut DS-261 (choice of agent) and pay the AOS fee. Then you want to call NVC to have them review your DS-261 so that the IV fee gets unlocked. And once the IV fee is marked as paid, you can get to work on DS-260 (there is no DS-160 anymore),

After paying the AOS fee you get the bar-coded cover sheet for the AOS and IV paperwork, so as soon as you have that, you can mail it out. I hope, this helps.

Ok so the AOS isn't invoiced as yet because your case number was just assigned just give it a day or two.

i received an email this morning from the NVC stating that they received my documents and that due to a high volume of mail, it may take 30 to review my case. ahhhh this is so frustrating, but i guess I'm going to have to remain hopeful and positive. it all i can do at this point.

Hey! Sorry to see you had an RFE . I realised, we both have the same Scan date, Monday 19th Sept. Really hoping to have heard something by Oct 31st...fingers crossed! One week down...5 to go? Or less?...would be nice! I don't think we had an e-mail from NVC about the high volume of mail, though...
