oh really what about a photo album

or even a rubber band around them would that be ok

I don't know what your Consulate's set-up is. Just be aware that bulky binders/albums are often a challenge.

Hello Forum,I really commend you guys here for all your responses to people questions about immigrating to the stat,It is really awesome.My question goes thus:

I have a scan date of August 8th 2016 as a spouse of Permanent Resident in which my wife petitioned for me and my son(F2A),up till now which is more than 30 days, I havent received any email for case complete neither the AOS(Paid) status changed to N/A...I really want to know if there has been anybody in this situation before and what did the person or maybe I need to be more patient.Also thinking maybe it is right for me beneficiary to put the call to NVC to ask for the updates from oversee,as my wife is too busy most times to make d call of almost 30 minutes ...Your response to my question would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

i recommend you to call early in the morning US time from 7 to 8 or 8:30 something like that, it won't take longer, we used to call at this time, and it is just super easy to talk and no waiting, whenever we forgot to call early in the morning so usually we don't bother ourselves in the late day and then call next day earlier, specially if you live abroad this time is very much recommended

    6/7/2016 Didn’t get case number so case went to supervisor look *****(new time frame is 2 weeks to get your case and invoice number form NVC.)

    6/9/2016 Case Number and Invoice number received

    6/10/2016 Form DS-261 Sent

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL INVOICED

    6/14/2016 AOS BILL PAID

    6/16/2016 IV BILL Assigned

    6/17/2016 IV BILL PAID

    6/17/2016 IV and AOS packet arrived at NVC

    6/17/2016 Scan Date

    6/20/2016 DS-260 SENT

police certificate was collected from me at the docs check point. The consular officer didnt ask for any other docs. She asked when we met, where we met, when we got married, when I proposed

wow what about pictures police certificate any questions

Hey guys i have a question, my wife did fill i-864 in june. Will that be okay or she need to fill it again?

Unless there are any changes in the information written on the i-864 you sent to NVC, there's no reason to fill out a new one. Just make sure you have a copy at the interview.

Called today to find out interview date but still haven't gotten a date yet... Its been week since CC.

Your embassy may have already filled out the dates for October, so you may have to wait until the end of the month for an interview date; that is when NVC begins scheduling for November.

USCIS Process:
Sent I-130 (via USPS): February 20, 2016
NOA1 hardcopy received: February 26, 2016
NOA2 approval text & email: May 6, 2016 (71 days from NOA1)
Petition sent to NVC text & email: May 11, 2016

NVC Process:
Case number and IIN Assigned: May 26, 2016
Choice of Agent (DS-261) completed: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee Invoiced: May 27, 2016
Pay AOS Fee: May 27, 2016
AOS Fee appeared as PAID: June 2, 2016

Has anybody been scheduled for an interview in E2/EB2 visa category? Our case was completed on Aug 19th and priority date became current from Sep 1st but no interview date yet. Any suggestion or feedback.

Bosna, you'd get much better answers from people who have interviewed in YOUR Embassy/Consulate. It's very hard to guess what will be needed from someone from a different country. Look at DWheels' spreadsheet and look for your embassy and write to those people directly.

What happens in India or Nigeria or Jamaica may not apply to you.
