Wow at least you know you have to the waiver, sometimes at the interview they ask to do it and that does be another long wait. I saw that happened to few people. So that good you knew.

I notice they don't only approve case the last and first week of the the months, I realized every other day people be saying they case approved.

I think that is because they back up so every other day They approved Case which is great.

i want to wish each and every one of us good luck this week and any other day now because this is our month.

when we do get a approved don't forget to update us on your next step.

I dont really understand that how we gonna get approved. As all of the September filler receiving transfer letter. Most of them still waiting to hear from USCIS about tranfer or something. If we people get transfered how we gonna get approved in time. They gonna take another 6 month to proccess. All the september fillers touching 6 months now and i think nobody received approval.

You really need to do some research on the whole CR1CR2 process... Why on earth would they take another 6 months to process? Think about it. The sole reason that they transferred some cases is to process them on time. Just do more research please. Know what you are in for and how things work. It's not that hard.

You are roght but the fact is, if everybody is touching 6 month now and they are receiving transfer letter. How come it could be within normal time. Anyways you are right too your point is valid. They transfered cases just to do them in time but atleast they should send evrryone now as most of the people still waiting for letter and USCIS dont bother to talk to applicant they can't share info with benificery. How come ones can know that where is his case? Frustrating

You don't have to know where your case is. It's not the vital information that you HAVE to know. No matter which service center it got transferred to, what ever action will be taken on your case will be written on USCIS website and app. You just need to be patient there is no other way around it. Complaining isn't going help your case. Their phone service is pretty bad. We all know this. You will most likely get an important update for your case in March, so just wait. Meanwhile you can open google and prepare for NVC process and know what you have to do. Educate yourself instead of complaining. Everyone is waiting, you aren't the only one in this. There are millions of people waiting for their answers and preparing for the next steps. It's a struggle and it requires patience. The sooner you realize that the better for you.

I know my case is not going to be sitting in USCIS office for another 6 months.

becuase we get transferred that does not means it will take another 6 months,go to USCIS and see what monthsn they working on which is August and one said July . They transferred case to balance the service centers so they wouldn't have too much backlog/be back up.

maybe it's you who won't receive approval,  how come a few of October November, December people get approved and most of cuz haven't?

they were blessed.

i understand that you don't really understand how the process work but try to do some research and try to understand how the processes work.

when I don't understand I do research and ask questions.

You better calm yourself down and encourage people to be patience instead of pointing out their mistakes or whatever. Be gental. Giod Luck specialy to you.

The tea the traditional letter don't really say nothing much,I was told the transferred letter is not necessary so they don't understand why USCIS even sending out letter just to say where they transferred our case. Like they said we only want to get approve who caste about the transferred letter.

i agreed why worry over the letter when they only say which service center and why they transferred that all is in the letter.

Yeah t may not be in the normal process but hey there is a word blessing anyone can be bless by getting approved anytime soon. Sit back and watch and se what will happen this week.

when you do see who the few people that get approved this week and any time in march come back and tell us you are sorry.

you forget there a few who got approve in September filers? Try to remember that part and say to himself you will be bless just like they have beeen blessed with their approval letter.
