Oh, and I was transferred on Feb. 9th.  At least that is what it said on the official notice I received.

Foxof24, could you update/edit your timeline please?  It is most helpful for us to be able to see your journey.

You need to call them later. Try in about 2 hours. After you enter your receipt number it will tell you the info about your case and afterwards it will give you an option to speak to a customer representative after you press 3. Just try calling them later, it's a headache for everyone, it's not just for you:) Trust me, I'm trying to call them all the time and not all the time it works :D Just need to be patient that's all.

Yeah, I know. I'm trying to call them now too. I'm going to call again in couple hours. Just need to keep trying but to be honest, if there will be any change on your case , you will see it on the website. So don't worry about that. If you have a smartphone, download a case tracking app and it will help you to be aware on whats going on on your case. CASE TRACKER - name of the app for IOS, for Android, I'm not sure but just type USCIS and it will come up.

I just spoke to one, but it is freaking USELESS :D the tier 1 operators have zero clue about your case and every time I ask them to transfer me to an actual immigration officer they just keep telling me that they are all busy at the moment. So yeah, it's useless. It's so easy for those who are already in the U.S. because they can actually receive a letters with explanation which those who are abroad can't receive. It's very frustrating...

Awai5,

The initial customer service representative you speak to will only see what you can see on the app... or updated normal process such as  REF sent, documents received etc..  The only way to see if there is anything else going on is to request to be referred to a Tier2 Supervisor (immigration Officer) . If you ask to be referred, they will escalate your request... and you will likely be advised by the automated system that there is a long wait and that you will get a call back.. I have done so multiple times and have always had a call back... some take 3 hours, depending on their load, but they do call back... Worth trying!!

yeah they do call back just to tell you pretty much the same damn thing that the first person told you or what you already knew. It's useless. I requested a call back to change my mailing address and waited for like 4 hours just find out that they can't help me! And they barely speak English ! it's ridiculous.
