H&T,

Based on the current processing dates for immediate relative of USC, processing date is past priority date of my spouse and kid's priority date. Do they upgrade my wife's and daughter's petition as soon as they receive the request and action on it right away? just trying to figure out how long does it take for them to action on my petition.

After I-130 is approved, how long does it take to transfer to NVC? wondering how long still do i have to wait to unite with my family.

If your case was already approved, it usually took 2-3 weeks to transfer to NVC. They will upgraded it ASAP when they received the documents.

I hope they start September filers soon, yeah I know they approved a few of September but hope they soon star approving a lot of September cases.

What funny is how time will be change in March and I hope they don’t really slow down by working slow.
