I forget u overseas. That true too, I really hope we all get transferred to Texas or wherever some people which to be transferred at.

I see one person got transferred to a different service center from others.

I hope most of us get the letter this week and get approved the end of the month to the first week of next month.

Finally got my notice this past Friday.  Have been transferred to Potomac Service Center.  All Service Centers I see have a July 28th processing date.  Don't know what is going on....<_<:rolleyes:

Texas would make sense since they were faster than all the other centers prior to USCIS arbitrarily changing all the processing dates to the same day --- shaking my head... :no:

 

I'm sending good vibes your way guys... so sorry to hear that many are still waiting!! Its ridiculous! I'd be prepping a letter/call to my congressman for March if you hit your 6 month mark. Then they can get involved to expedite on your behalf.

Have you guys been transferred from CSC to other processing centers? Just wondering if anyone from California Servicing Center is transferred to other service centers? I filed for my spouse and daughter in Sept 2016, wondering how long do i have to wait for I-130 to be approved?

Here is a link to see who have and haven’t been approved.

Last time Potomac approve someone case February 10 and that is October filers.

 

Watch it next week and see who get approve.

Wow, so quick!  That is a useful timeline though, I appreciate you posting that.  I am new here and still finding my way around.:D  I will say, this site has been a BLESSING!  Very helpful....and to know I am not alone in this process....

its saying processing date is June 12 for US citizen filing for spouse, while a permanent resident filing for spouse is august 1, as of November 30
