Interview was scheduled today! It took literally 15 calls to NVC just to get through.. but I'm really happy that there was good news for me when I did!

 

He's scheduled for Frankfurt on March 8th -- happy dance!! :dance:

7-26-2016: Married in Washington, DC!

9-15-2016: I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

9-17-2016: USPS delivery confirmation to Chicago lockbox

9-21-2016: NOA1 Email and text received. Case sent to Texas Service Center, priority date 9-19-2016

10-13-2016: NOA2 approval  (10-17-2016: NOA2 Hardcopy received)

10-27-2016: Case sent to NVC

Yep... I did too, Finally stopped after 5 failed off the hook tones.. Would try again on Friday. Calling them is a task on it's own!

Mine too. We got E-NOA1 on September 26th. Finger crossed.

Sent I 1-30 for my husband early September, case was received 1 month later, been sitting on Nebraska for the past 5 months, I got a letter on Monday letting me know case was transferred to Texas to help speed process. Just got an immigration attorney as my husband was brought in to the U.S illegally as a child. We have 2 children 1 of them is special needs. Will be applying for waver as soon as we can. Now just waiting ?

USCIS updated processing time today. Ironically processing time for I-130 in California Service Center went backwards from Aug 16, 2016 to July 28, 2016.

 

before today's update, as of Jan 25th 2016, it was saying they were processing applications as of Aug 16, 2016. 

 

It is very strange. Anybody has any explanation? I will be calling USCIS on Monday and ask them how is that even possible?

This update was also applied to ALL service centers, meaning that if you check any other center you'll see the same date which is July 28, for ALL petitions. I think that this is complete bullshit. How's that even possible that all centers are processing the same dates? Taking the fact that they have different number of employees and petitions and even petition types are different. USCIS, come on already!

USCIS is a group of lazy incompetent schmucks. I don't understand why is it so hard to update people with the real news and info? Why lie, putting July 28 for everything? We all know this is not true. Why not to expand number of employees to process it faster? They increased their fees to file forms, and now what? Increasing processing time? This is not fair at all. Lazy clowns.
