  • NOA1(Went to Nebraska) - 9/27/2016 
  • Got transferred to Texas Service Center - 2/23/2017
  • NOA2 - 3/28/2017 
  • Got sent to NVC - 3/31/2017 
  • NVC received our case - 4/7/2017
  • Case number assigned - 4/6/2017
  • DS-261 Filled out - 4/10/2017
  • Welcome letter/invoice received - 4/11/2017
  • AOS fee payed - 4/12/2017
  • IV fee payed - 4/14/2017
  • Completed DS-260 Application - 4/20/2017
  • Sent documents to NVC - 5/15/2017
  • Scan Date - 5/19/2017
  • Case Complete at NVC - 7/19/2017

Found out I got transferred on Thursday.  Got the letter in the mail today telling me I was transferred to Texas! :)  Hopefully it goes a little quicker.  It has already been 5 months and 10 days.  It is just a pure nightmare.  Fingers crossed everything goes smoothly from here on out.

I found out on Thursday as well through the app. I just checked my mail and no letter. I'm hoping Monday. Fingers crossed it goes super fast.

I see you married back in 05 do you think that made your i 130 go faster? I married in 07 so that's why I asked. Also did you get a ir1?

Good luck transfer people!!! Texas is awesome -- they should push you guys through fast! And.. even if you're transferred to another center.. they are against the 6 month clock from your priority date... so I think they will work hard to get you through before then.

It is IR1 visa, i will get my greencard shortly after arriving in the usa.  Not sure if being married so long had anything to do with uscis approval so fast, i have seen other people married much less time getting approval just as fast if not quicker than us, i think it is just texas service centre being so quick.  We certainly didn't get CC from nvc fast, we were in the nvc traffic jam for almost 11 weeks!

He even said he wasn't sure why they didn't do both interviews that very day when i did removal of conditions interview.  
  • 01/07/22.     Interview rescheduled for 02/14/22 @1:30pm Charleston SC.
  • 02/14/22.      Passed my interview. Now await oath ceremony.
  • 11/02/22.      Letter mailed with oath ceremony date and time 
  • 11/08/22.      Received letter oath ceremony scheduled for 11/15/22 @9am Charleston

I RECEIVED A LETTER ON SATURDAY SAYING THAT MY HUSBAND CASE WAS TRANSFER TO TEXAS...FROM NEBRASKA

STILL WAITING FOR NOA2.
