Can someone tell me when it's the right time to mail the documents.

I have paid the AOS fee and it's Completed.

Completed the DS 261

Today paid the IV fee and it's showing as "processing"

Have not completed DS-260 yet.

Can I send both IV and AOS documents now even though it shows IV fee as "processing"?

hey onek! Glad to see you're moving through the NVC!!! You can mail all of your supporting docs even though IV fee is processing. The main thing is that you want to have their coversheet/checklist included with your package. Good luck!

Hi friends today I got msg that u r case was received  at local office. What's this mean ??? I applied from California bt they send case to nabaraska .. my first approval date s 6 September m waiting for approval  letter for second bt they msg me to receive case at local office

Dhaliwals - I think your case has been transferred. This is usually a good thing, because they are rebalancing the workload and your case should be (theoretically) taken care of soon. You could call USCIS to confirm if you want.

Our case got transferred on Feb7, too.

It seems this is the normal USCIS workout to balance the load and keep petitions moving. This makes me feel better actually. I'm hopeful.

Correct! And everyone from this list who recently got transferred was in the black hole that is Nebraska... in 1 month we are approaching 6 months (roughly) from when most of us started... so I think we will see some NOA2s very soon here.

All the Feb 7 transferrals - did you find out yet which service center you got referred to? 'cause we don't know yet; I'm guessing it will be in the written notice...

I'm assuming you can check online at USCIS or by calling USCIS where your case got transferred to.  If you received an email, it should also have that information.

Thank you.  I read a lot of posts and different people were saying different time frames for when to send the packets.  Some mentioned after IV fee, other mentioned after AOS fee, and some mentioned after DS-260.  Anyways, I already mailed my packet. :)

i'm not sure if it means it will be approved soon but it sounds like it from them saying it was transferred to a nearby office for processing. Looks like it wasn't sent to another service center at all

How long after your NOA2 approval ur case received by NVC?  And do NVC notify you when they receive ur case or do u have to call them.
